Event Listing Requirements

All submissions must have content about or relevant to Ashtabula County and its residents.
The minimum required submission information shall be verifiable.
ACOC maintains the right to reject any submission.
All event submissions will be reviewed for inclusion in the ACOC database of Ashtabula County information.
Organizations whose submissions include obscenity, defined as material that is deemed obscene under the laws of the State of Ohio, and/or libel, hate messages, and violence, defined as any libelous material, hate messages or materials which incite or advocate violence, harm, damage or destruction shall not be linked.
ACOC will add approved database listings within 90 days of submission.
The criteria for inclusion in the database may be changed at the discretion of ACOC.
ACOC reserves the right to remove a database listing.
